Shipping & Delivery

    The SPOONER TUNER website allows you to create an “ID” based on your personal information. This convenient service saves you time and allows for easier use of our web services. Here’s how it works: You create a personal profile — providing your name, phone number, email address, and in some cases your mailing address or a credit card number — and choose a password and password hint (such as the month and day of your birth) for security. The system saves your information. The next time you order from SPOONER TUNER. or register a new product, all you need to do is enter your “ID” and password; the system looks up the information it needs to assist you.
    If you use a bulletin board or live chat room on the SPOONER TUNER website you should be aware that any information you share is visible to other users. Personally identifiable information you submit to one of these forums can be read, collected, or used by other individuals to send you unsolicited messages. SPOONER TUNER. is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.
When we disclose your information
    SPOONER TUNER. takes your privacy very seriously. Be assured that SPOONER TUNER does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. To help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with legal entities within the SPOONER TUNER group globally who will safeguard it in accordance with SPOONER TUNER’s privacy policy.
    At times we may be required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary.
    SPOONER TUNER may update its privacy policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated privacy policy.

Returns & Replacements

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the "My Account" button in the top-right hand corner of our web page.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Spooner Tuner. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Spooner Tuner to process your RMA. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through Spooner Tuner are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Spooner Tuner Return Policy. Products that are returned to Spooner Tuner with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

To place an order on our website, you must first register with us by visiting our Create New Account Page. Upon registration, you will have full access to our website. After you've registered, you may simply click the Log In link located on the top left of the page.

    Payments can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Master, Discovery, and American Express), PayPal, Google Checkout, Wire Transfer (International or Domestic), Direct Bank Deposit, and Cash.
    PLEASE NOTE: You can pay with your credit card using PayPal, or Google Checkout even if you do not have a PayPal or Google Checkout account.

    Viewing Orders
    To view your pending orders as well as your order history you must first login by simply clicking on the Log In link located on the top left of this page. As soon as you have logged in you will be directed to your personal Account Page where you will see a list of all your orders. As soon as your order ships, we will notify you via e-mail. You can also track your packages, review your orders, print invoices, and more, from your "My Account" page at your convenience.
    Updating Account Information
    To update our account information you must first login by simply clicking on the Log In link located on the top left of this page. As soon as you have logged in you will be directed to your personal Account Page where you will see a list of links in the top left column that will allow you to view and update your account information.
